DefendMyRep ("we") provides reputation management services to small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Business name, website, public Google Business Profile data (publicly available)
- Decision-maker email and name (sourced from public web)
- Reply content when you respond to our outreach
- Calendar booking details if you book an audit call
How we use it
- To send relevant outreach messages about reputation management
- To draft AI-assisted replies that a human reviews before send
- To suppress your email permanently if you unsubscribe
AI use disclosure
We use large language models (Kimi K2.6, DeepSeek V4 Pro) to draft outreach openers and reply suggestions. A human reviews and approves every send. We do not send fully autonomous AI emails.
Data retention
Active leads: kept until you unsubscribe or 24 months of no engagement, whichever is sooner. Suppression list (unsubscribes): kept permanently to prevent re-contact.
Your rights
Email privacy@defendmyrep.io to request access, deletion, or correction. Responses within 30 days.
