By using DefendMyRep services, you agree to the following terms. These are written in plain English on purpose.

Service description

DefendMyRep is a reputation management service. We monitor your reviews, draft AI-assisted replies for your approval, optimize your Google Business Profile, and track your AI-citation footprint across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

Billing

$797/month, billed monthly. $497 one-time setup. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice — no annual contract.

What we don't do

• We do not fake reviews. Ever.
• We do not violate Google's terms of service.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes — reputation is earned, not bought.

Limitation of liability

DefendMyRep liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 90 days. Service provided "as-is".

Governing law

Arizona, USA. Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation first, arbitration second.
